About Me

Victoria Pagel

Personal Blogger

If you don’t know me, I’m Victoria, the brain behind this blog. I am 23 years-old and have a great passion for farming, fitness, and food, along with so much more. I am an aspiring farm wife, dog mom, fitness fanatic, home chef, cleaning guru, self-taught photographer, an agriculture and mental health advocate, and a badass woman of ag.

I live with my boyfriend (Hunter) of over 5 years and our 2-year-old yellow lab, Sig and Australian Shepard puppy, Oz, and we live in the middle of nowhere Western Minnesota. Hunter bought his grandparents house on the farm in 2019. Hunter works on his family farm where they raise corn, navy beans, soybeans, and sugar beets. I currently work at a local cooperative in the agronomy department. I graduated in 2020 with my B.S. in Agronomy.

Agronomy has been my biggest passion since about the 8th grade. I love how much agronomy changes and how there is always new things to learn. I love to workout and know I am not the most consistent person, but I always pick right back up where I left off and continue to push. One of the best things to come out of starting my own health and wellness has been my personal development journey. I have also learned more about my nutrition and how I can use food to fuel my body. That’s where the food part comes in. I love finding new recipes. I love the quick and simple recipes that are delicious and nutritious. Living out in the boonies where its 20 minutes to any town, you must have a plan ahead of time. I’ll be honest, I don’t like to cook every day when I get home from work. That’s where freezer and crockpot meals (and planning!) come in handy.

I started this blog for myself. I thought it would be a cool and fun way to get what was going on in my life out to the world and share my story all while working on creating the best version of myself. Maybe one day I will influence others and help them become the best versions of themselves too. Follow along as I share my life. I’d love your support. 🙂
